Wigan 2-1 Man City Highlights

Wigan overcame Manchester City in a pulsating game at the JJB stadium which saw yet another controversial penalty.

Following Manchester United’s highly contested spot kick on Saturday, Steve Bennett adjudged City’s Javier Garrido to have brought down Wilson Palacios.

Amr Zaki calmly scored the penalty to ensure Wigan grabbed all three points which moved them up to 10th position.

Luis Antonio Valencia had given Wigan the lead with a fine strike, before Vincent Kompany equalised soon after.
