West Brom 0-5 Man Utd Highlights
Manchester United cemented their place at the top of the Premier League table by thrashing West Bromwich Albion.
Dimitar Berbatov’s angled finish put them ahead after 22 minutes, with Albion’s Paul Robinson sent off before half-time for fouling Ji-Sung Park.
Carlos Tevez scored seconds before the interval after Scott Carson dropped Ryan Giggs’ free-kick, and Nemanja Vidic headed home a third on the hour.

Cristiano Ronaldo then struck twice in eight minutes to seal United’s win.
It gave Sir Alex Ferguson’s side a three-point lead ahead of Liverpool in the title race, with the added bonus of topping up their goal difference in style at The Hawthorns.
United also made it a record 11 straight clean sheets in the league as the pressure piled up on Liverpool and Chelsea, who are in action on Wednesday.
Albion and their fans were furious with the performance of referee Rob Styles, particularly his decision to send off Robinson, but the brutal reality was that they were outclassed by a United side that looking in ominously good order.
THIS SEASON’S REVERSE FIXTURE
Manchester United 4-0 West Bromwich Albion
18 October 2008 – Ref: Mark Halsey
Man Utd scorers: Rooney 56, Ronaldo 69, Berbatov 71, Nani 90

Ronaldo is one of the best no doubt but Messi is better and no.1, whatever cristiano fans say, no one can pick the ball from half line and beat everyone including the goal keeper and score a goal like Messi did, not even ronaldo.

you cant say messi is a better player because he can dribble better. Thats like sayin ronaldo is better cos he takes better free kicks. Ronaldo is better because he scores more, the most important thing in football. oh and ronaldo has the awards to prove it

January 29th, 2009 at 3:14 pm
All you people listen up. If you have seen ronaldo dribbling you would not have said messi is better.look 42 goals in the last season. You can never write off ronaldo. We can say that both messi n ronaldo are the best players around
January 29th, 2009 at 7:29 pm
put Ronaldo on the left and put Messi on the right…now that’s the team to watch…
January 29th, 2009 at 7:55 pm
Just VERY FEW PEOPLE won’t admit that Ronaldo is the best player in the world (which he is).
But EVERYBODY knows that MAN UTD is the best team in the world (and that is what counts). Even Chelsea & Liverpool fans know it but just won’t admit it.
