Tottenham 0-1 Newcastle Highlights

A string of outstanding saves by Tim Krul denied Tottenham against Newcastle, who took all three points thanks to Loic Remy’s early strike.

The Dutch goalkeeper had to be at his best to stop Roberto Soldado, Paulinho, Christian Eriksen and Gylfi Sigurdsson from scoring at White Hart Lane.

Newcastle created few chances, but unlike Spurs they took one when Remy slotted in from Yoan Gouffran’s pass.

The result moves the Magpies up to ninth while Tottenham remain in sixth.
