Venue: Liberty Stadium
Date: Saturday, 4 May, 2013
Kick off: 15:00 GMT.

Head-to-head

Manchester City have won just once at Swansea since 1950.

Roberto Mancini’s side lost 1-0 at the Liberty Stadium last year thanks to a solitary goal from Luke Moore.

Manchester City won by the same margin at the Etihad Stadium earlier this season in what was the longest-ever Premier League match. There were 13 minutes of added time due to injuries to Michel Vorm and Micah Richards.

The home side have won and kept a clean sheet in all three previous Premier League meetings.

Swansea

Swansea have won only one of their seven games since winning the Capital One Cup. Only Reading have picked up fewer points (two) in the same period.

They have scored just five goals in those seven games; Luke Moore has three of them and Michu two.
Ki Sung-Yueng has the best pass completion rate in the Premier League (92.7%).

The Swans have 42 points from 34 league matches – exactly the same as at this stage last season under Brendan Rodgers.

If top-flight matches this season had ended at half-time, the club would be 16th.

Excluding penalties, Swansea have scored the lowest percentage of set piece goals (11.6%) and conceded the highest (40%).

The Swans are the only team in the Premier League this season yet to lose a single point because of a goal conceded in the final 10 minutes.

Ashley Williams has made the most clearances (362) and the most blocks (47) in the Premier League this season.

Manchester City

City’s form over the last eight games (18 points) has been the best in the Premier League.

They have scored a total of 61 league goals this season – 24 fewer than they had at this stage last season.

Joe Hart has now made five errors leading to goals (as classified by Opta), a figure only Wigan’s Ali Al-Habsi can top this season (seven). Last season, Hart only made one such mistake.

Samir Nasri has four assists in his last five league games.

Manchester City are one of only two teams (with Arsenal) to have three players in double figures for league goals this season: Sergio Aguero, Edin Dzeko, Carlos Tevez.
